We had a great experience with gilverto! They gave us a totally new roof and were SO communicative and courteous along the way. The project manager came to our door... read more upon arrival and introduced himself. Seemed nice. Then, a bit later, he came back to the door and told us that our skylights were old and that we might need new ones-- UGH. I guess it was clear by our faces that that was a financial hardship for us because he immediately followed that up with a promise to do whatever he could to try to save them. Then, a few hours later, he came back to our door to tell us that our skylights were saved! We wanted to hug him! It would have been SO EASY for someone to take advantage of us, but he did not! This immediately gave us trust in the company. During roof day, we walked into and out of our house a couple of times with our young children. There were nails and bits of roof flying all around as the men atop our house worked, but every time we passed, they all stopped working and waited for us to pass safely. I though that was super nice and courteous! At the end, everything looked great and all the mess was cleaned up (except one of our gutters? One of our old gutters was down on our lawn. Not sure if it was really gilverto's JOB to take that away, but it certainly would have been nice. Minor detail though!). We were really satisfied with the work and we can rest easy this winter knowing everything is new. Thanks! Would highly recommend!
